     Whenever possible, we encourage divorcing clients to mediate rather than face a court trial. It is less stressful and less expensive for both parties. It also helps to keep a private family matter between the parties themselves. As a mediator, Bob Plummer, Jr., acts as a neutral third party. He allows each spouse to state their concerns without getting caught up in arguing with one another.
